    The truth is that they call you before processing the order to verify that everything is correct since it was not a standard size mattress (I bought a mattress 210cm long for my son). Then I received messages as the order was shipped, and even the delivery person called before delivering it. The service has been a 10, and my son is thrilled with the mattress.
