The bed base has a particle board structure with a thickness of 3 cm.

Upholstered with 3D mesh fabric for greater breathability of the mattress. It also has an anti-slip treatment, giving it a special texture. This prevents the mattress from shifting when raising or lowering the lid, and therefore, a securing strap is not necessary.

Useful interior depth of the bed base: 28 cm.

Possibility to make the bed base with side opening in widths of 90 and 105 cm for greater comfort and functionality. If you want this option, add it as a complement in the shopping cart.

The upholstered base has a steel structure of 40x30x1.5 mm (height x width x thickness), with anti-corrosion finishes.

Structure in Steel tube of 40x30 mm and 2 vertical crossbars in the double widths, to achieve greater resistance. Reinforces the structure of the lid by welding a steel beam to the left and right sides of the perimeter.

Particle board of 1 cm.

The lid has a thickness of approximately 6 cm.

Total height of the folding bed base: 37.5 cm (+/-1 cm.)

The bed base rests on the ground with small sliding feet that protect it from direct contact with the floor.

For the Petra bed base, when requesting the Dual option, the slats will be a gift.

You can choose in widths of 135, 150, or 160 cm optionally, and in 180 or 200 cm mandatorily, the dual split lid; composed of two separate lids from top to bottom and joined together. This option is very necessary to facilitate access for our logistics teams to the room where they need to perform the assembly.

For widths of 135, 150, and 160 cm, you can also choose the DUAL option. In this case, the structure of the bed will be a single piece, but the lids will be two joined by plates.

In widths of 180 and 200 cm, the lid will always come in two pieces joined by plates, 4 dampers, and a partition that goes from top to bottom, with a single front.

The base of the bed is made of 0.5 cm thick MDF.

Available in 4 melamine finishes: White, Cambrian, Oak, and Arctic. The color of the upholstery on the lid will depend on the color of the structure.

On this bed support, people weighing up to 120 kilos can sleep. In widths of 135 or more, for two people, it will support a total weight of up to 200 kilos.
