    I want to highlight the excellent service received throughout the entire purchasing process. The treatment has been close, agile, and very satisfactory, keeping me informed at all times about the status of the order. As a point of improvement, I would mention the packaging. The mattress arrived only rolled in plastic, with some openings at the ends, likely caused by handling during transport, and without an outer cardboard box. This made unboxing difficult, as the wrapping was dirty and made it complicated to place it directly on the bed frame. In my experience, other manufacturers usually send mattresses inside a sturdy cardboard box, which better protects the product, maintains hygiene, and makes placement much easier. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and, so far, also with the quality of the mattress. I would only recommend considering this logistical improvement.
